David Bradford

David develops and manages Demand Side Management and Public Benefit programs for Roseville Electric, the City of Roseville California’s municipally owned electric utility. He has designed a renewable energy program recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) as one of the fastest growing in the nation. In addition, his new solar home program has helped the City of Roseville receive recognition as having one of the highest concentrations of new solar home developments in California. David has been awarded grants from the DOE to fund technical research by NREL to address rapidly and changing renewable energy legislation in California. David has a passion for renewable energy and has been a key sponsor of SARTA Clean Start competitive events designed to stimulate the growth of clean technology ventures in the greater Sacramento region. With a formal education focused on public policy he is well suited to design public programs that are heavily regulated by the state and federal governments. David has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Jose State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of San Francisco.



Phil Schwartz

Phil holds a BS in Engineering, with a major in Electrical engineering from Northern Arizona University. Since October of 2009, Mr. Schwartz has been working as a Program Manager for KG Technologies, Inc. which provides switching solutions for the energy management market. Previously he worked 26 years for Honeywell Aerospace in technical customer support and was significantly involved in all developmental phases of related electrical management technology. Seven years of that were spent as a Field Engineer living in Brazil covering the South American airlines. Within customer support he also worked as a Project Manager and is PMP certified. Mr. Schwartz has a 6KW grid tied solar system on his house and has designed and installed two small solar systems for his off grid summer cabin (one to run a 12Vdc on demand water pump and the other to supply 110Vac for his office.



Fritz Meitzen

Fritz holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He has worked as a distributor and solar consultant since 2002 in conjunction with Power Film Solar, Inc. Mr. Meitzen has worked on numerous projects ranging from tracking camels in the Gobi Desert with solar GPS collars, to providing solar powered robot kits to several universities around the US for summer educational programs. His passion lies in education: inspiring youth to pursue alternative energy projects as well as teaching others about how to effectively utilize different solar technologies to accomplish varying objectives. He also has several years of experience in electronics manufacturing, project management, and test engineering. Mr. Meitzen approaches each task with calculated logic, perspective gained from years of experience, and a passion for problem solving.



Roy Forsgren

Roy is a Master Electrician and owner of Roy’s Electric Inc. and Mr. Electric of Boulder County Colorado. Prior to opening his own shop Roy was the Chief of Utilities at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver with the Redevelopment Authority. Along with new commercial and residential construction Roy also services commercial and residential businesses, is proficient in backup generator installations, landscape and architectural lighting, and is a certified photovoltaic solar installer. Roy is a member of the Better Business Bureau and a licensed electrical contractor who prides himself in always promoting high quality electricians and improving the trade by training apprentices to become journeyman electricians.



Scott Tempel

Scott brings his expertise in governmental relations, policy, and procedures from 13 years in public service as an urban planner. His experience ranges across policy planning, grants management, land use planning, project management, community development, public outreach and public relations. He has considerable expertise in Comprehensive Plans, Consolidated Plans, Housing Plans, Transit Oriented Development, and Small Area/Corridor planning. Scott also administered CDBG/HOME/CSBG grants for the City of Lakewood, Colorado, for five years. Born in Willmar, MN, Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management at Gustavus Adolphus College, and dual Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Colorado at Denver. He now lives in Apple Valley, Minnesota.



Dion Camp-Sanders

Dion is the Founder and CEO of Pacific Edison. In his current position he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, managing day-to-day operations, defining the company’s suite of project development, consulting services, as well as establishing key partnerships with technology, service providers, project financiers, and investors. Prior to Pacific Edison, Dion spent nearly 3 years at VC-backed NextAction Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President of New Media and spearheaded strategic partnerships with leading online media companies such as Quantcast.com, Revenue Science, Connexus, and BlueKai.com. Prior to NextAction, Dion spent 5 years at Ticketmaster and its parent company, IAC/InterActiveCorp (“IAC”), in senior-level corporate development as well as strategy and business development positions where he was promoted 4 times. Most recently, Dion was Senior Vice President for Entertainment Publications Inc. (“EPI”), a business unit of IAC. In that role, Dion launched the company’s online subscription business and grew it from inception to over $21 million in revenue in just 2 years. Before being promoted to SVP, Dion served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy for EPI where he established key relationships with First Data, Visa, MasterCard, and others. Dion earned a J.D. from the Pepperdine School of Law and an MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business & Management. He currently serves on the Climate Committee of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE). Dion lives in Santa Monica, CA with his wife Marian and daughter Chloe.
