All of the components of the Smart Array 3000 carry a one year warranty from the manufacturer.

NextStep Electric offers a full-service, parts and maintenance warranty for an additional fee.

NextStep Electric will guarantee the equipment for life, install equipment upgrades at no charge as next generation kits come to market, supply replacement parts at no cost, as well as perform any maintenance needs.

The cost for this Lifetime Warranty is 15% of the revenue generated by a Smart Array 3000 system.
